Technical Skills
5 years in Al/ML with 2 years focused specifically on generative Al and LLM applications
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with GenAl frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen) Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating vector databases and knowledge management systems Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments
Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and foundation model capabilities
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector) and semantic search
Proficiency with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Architect scalable GenAl solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) with focus on cost optimization and performance
Integrate LLMs with existing enterprise systems through APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Domain Expertise
Insurance domain knowledge (Preferred)
Proven track record of delivering GenAl solutions that drive business outcomes
Experience with prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and chain-of-thought reasoning

Understanding of data privacy, security considerations, and compliance requirements for Al systems
