Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Gen AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), deep learning architectures, and MLOps frameworks. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build scalable AI solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions to meet business objectives.
Lead or contribute to AI/GenAI initiatives from ideation to deployment.
Apply deep learning techniques and transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT) to real-world problems.
Fine-tune and deploy large language models in cloud or on-prem environments.
Work with LangChain/LangGraph to orchestrate intelligent workflows.
Conduct data analysis and leverage structured/unstructured datasets (SQL/NoSQL).
Create POCs and rapid prototypes to assess business value.
Present insights, solution designs, and strategic AI recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance and performance optimization of deployed models.
Collaborate across teams on AI/ML projects using MLOps tools.

Required Qualifications:
Strong experience in Python programming and popular AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace).
Solid understanding of neural networks, tokenization, embeddings, and model evaluation techniques.
Proven experience in RAG and building context-aware LLM solutions.
Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph for GenAI applications.
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and SQL for analytical purposes.
Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms, especially GCP.
Strong business acumen and ability to align AI solutions with organizational goals.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with real-time AI model deployment and serving.
Exposure to front-end interfaces for AI apps (e.g., Streamlit, Gradio).
