As a Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the connection between real estate opportunities and investors by:
- Confidently negotiating property terms and pricing
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals
- Monitoring daily KPIs to track and improve performance
- Working closely with a driven, results-focused team
- Meeting buyers face-to-face
- Networking in person to expand and strengthen your connections
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Previous sales experience
- Comfortable using basic computer software and applications
- Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
- Self-motivated with a positive, growth-focused attitude
