Location: Sales Office – Chicago, IL
Total Compensation (Base Bonus): $88,430
As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the bridge between our Sales and Support teams—ensuring customers have a seamless experience with KEYENCE software. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
- Become a subject matter expert in KEYENCE software products
- Onboard and train customers to maximize product utilization
- Maintain strong customer relationships and minimize churn
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Implement customer success programs and guide clients through them
- Provide post-sale support and resolve customer issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Programming experience in any language (required)
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage customers virtually via Teams, Zoom, or phone
- Highly organized and accountable

- Bonus Target: $24,000 annually (performance-based), paid quarterly
