As we accelerate our U.S. expansion, we are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales
to lead the growth and management of our medical device distribution network across key U.S.
markets. If you’re passionate about bringing life-changing technology to patients—and have a

What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle for new customers, including prospecting, needs discovery, product
positioning, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline development, forecasting, and
ensuring consistent execution through close.
Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, radiologists,
referring physicians, and key decision-makers to drive business development.
Execute value-oriented marketing and commercial activities to expand awareness, adoption,
and utilization.
Leverage existing networks and relationships to generate new business and develop
high-quality leads.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while representing Keya Medical with professionalism
and integrity.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
Demonstrated, measurable sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding
revenue targets.
10 years of healthcare/medical device sales experience (cardiology required; radiology
experience strongly preferred).
Experience developing and executing launch plans for new diagnostic or imaging products.
Strong understanding of cardiovascular diseases and established relationships with relevant
clinicians and stakeholders within your territory.
The ability to present and explain new technologies to physicians and clinical teams in a
clear, credible, and compelling way.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales
environments.
Technical aptitude to discuss and explain complex AI-enabled technologies to both clinical
and administrative audiences.
Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving
environment.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
