Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Field Technician located in Dallas, TX. The IT Field Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services for desktop computers and printers. The technician will also be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.

Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in supporting and repairing Desktop Computers and Printers
- Skills in Computer Repair and Maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A are a plus
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
