Role Description This full-time hybrid Sales Executive role is based in Hialeah, FL, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The Sales Executive will prospect and qualify new business leads, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promote Key Transportation’s luxury ground and group transportation services. Daily activities include conducting outbound calls and emails, managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotes, and following up to close opportunities. The role involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and a high-quality client experience. The Sales Executive will also track performance metrics, participate in local networking and industry events, and provide feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to communicate value to corporate and individual clients.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email and phone outreach tools, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace and Zoho CRM).
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present solutions and handle client inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time in a hybrid environment combining office and remote work.
- Knowledge of or interest in luxury transportation, hospitality, or travel services; prior experience in B2B or service-based sales is highly beneficial.
- High level of integrity, customer focus, and attention to detail, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
