Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative specializing in selling to contractors, builders, and developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, knowledge of cabinetry, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with contractors, builders, remodelers, and developers.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide expert consultation on cabinetry products, materials, and customization options.
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals tailored to client needs and project specifications.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability while meeting client budgets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience in kitchen cabinetry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong industry relationships.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, construction, and remodeling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications to provide accurate quotes.
- Experience with cabinet design software such as KCDW or 2020.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and visit job sites.
