Compensation:
This is a full-commission sales role, which means your earnings are directly tied to your performance. During the first 8 weeks, we provide a training wage of up to $4,000 to help you get started. Average earnings for new representatives are around $85,000, and top performers consistently exceed $150,000 annually. With uncapped commission, your income potential is limitless.
