You will oversee maintenance strategy, lead capital projects, and manage teams supporting production lines that include breading, batter, and fryer systems, along with critical utilities such as refrigeration and wastewater.

Compensation
- $130,000 to $150,000 base salary

What You Will Do
- Lead all plant maintenance operations and reliability efforts
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Support production systems including fryer, batter, and breading lines
- Oversee refrigeration and wastewater systems
- Manage capital projects including plant upgrades and expansions
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and external partners
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Lead and develop maintenance and engineering teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in real time
What We Are Looking For
Required Experience
- 5 years of maintenance leadership in food manufacturing
- Experience supporting fryer, batter, or breading systems
- Knowledge of refrigeration and wastewater systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background
- Experience working with PLC systems
Technical Capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Understanding of plant systems and equipment layout
- Experience with budgeting and capital planning

Work Environment
