As a MobileTek Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering guidance on our mobile products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for customers on a proprietary application by phone, email and remote meetings working directly with customers
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
- Perform Quality Assurance testing on new application versions
- Train oncoming customers in setup and use of the application
- Perform other support-related duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of mobile devices (Android and iOS), as well as Windows PC environment
- Motivated to learn and grow, and to accept new challenges
- Ability to contribute in a team-oriented setting
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years experience in a Software Support or Help Desk position
