What You'll Do:
- Manage title, survey, zoning, and due diligence with your signature precision
- Draft, review, and organize transfer and closing documents
- Coordinate real estate closings, recordings, and filings like a pro
- Keep everyone in the loop with clear communication and follow-through
- Help wrap up post-closing binders and keep clients smiling

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate (preferred)
- 3 years of commercial real estate experience (residential is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and standard office software
- Ability to multitask
