Management Trainee – Leadership Development Program
Key Precision Marketing is seeking individuals who are interested in building a long-term career and developing into leadership and management roles.
This opportunity is part of our Leadership Development Program, where motivated individuals begin by learning the fundamentals of sales, community outreach, and team development while receiving ongoing paid training and mentorship. Advancement into leadership positions is merit-based, meaning growth is determined by performance, initiative, and character.
We partner with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations including USO, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Doctors Without Borders, Habitat for Humanity, and Feed the Children & etc, and we are looking for professionals who are excited to represent meaningful causes while developing the skills needed to lead and manage teams.

What You’ll Do
- Represent nonprofit partners at community and retail events throughout the Philadelphia area
- Drive donor engagement and support for important causes
- Develop professional sales, communication, and leadership skills
- Learn how to train and mentor new team members
