Job Description:
As the Front Desk Manager, you will participate in and oversee the daily operations of our chiropractic office, ensuring the highest level of patient care. You will play a crucial role in managing finances, optimizing workflows, and driving clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient experience and clinic performance.
- Oversee administrative and financial processes including insurance, EOBs, authorizations, collections, and reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate with billing and back office teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions for growth and retention.
- Manage front desk systems and maintain operational readiness.
- Collaborate with chiropractors and staff to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth scheduling.
- Support patient relations by handling account conversations with professionalism and care.
- Build strong relationships with patients and the community to promote clinic services.

- Proficiency in office management systems, scheduling software, and electronic health records (EHR).

Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Management, Sales/Marketing or a related field.

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:15 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:15 AM
