The Position:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive and outgoing chiropractor to help assist our team with new and existing patients in 2026. There is a lot of customer service and patient interaction in this job. You have to enjoy working with people. The following skills are important:

We would also be interested in discussing a part time position as well. Base Salary will be dependent on experience, number of shifts worked, and value brought to the clinic. Dr. Kelsey Pettitt opened Key Potential Chiropractic in August of 2017 in Waukee, IA. Key Potential Chiropractic is a subluxation-based office looking to serve our community through chiropractic care and a mixture of innovative therapy options

Techniques that are utilized in the office include Palmer Package, Torque Release Technique, Activator, Diversified, and Webster Technique. We also offer care plan packages that include disc decompression, infra-red laser, and software therapy.

In addition to Dr. Kelsey Pettitt, our team consists of six chiropractic assistants, a marketing director, and three other associate Chiropractors. We work closely together as a team and with our patients which creates a great environment. We see patients from all walks of life ranging from construction workers, nurses, pregnant mothers and kids, college students, working professionals, and professional athletes.

Baseline x-rays are done on nearly all patients excluding children and pregnant women. Our care is organized in care plans that structure a timeline of adjustments, take-home stretches and exercises, reassessments, and post x-rays.

Our associate will be expected to be able to perform nearly all functions in the office including: adjusting, consultations and exams, x-rays, report of findings, notes and documentation, and simple front desk tasks. All team members have specific tasks that are primarily their responsibility during day-to-day function but as we are a high-volume practice, it is expected that you be able to multitask fluidly.

What we are looking for exactly

· Someone passionate about working closely with patients and creating relationships with patients while providing high-quality care

· Torque Release Technique Proficient/Activator or willing to learn

· Webster Technique certified or willing to learn

· Confidence when working with and adjusting children or willing to learn

· 1-2 years experience required.

· Start date of first quarter of 2026.

The Location:

We are located in Waukee, Iowa.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
