What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crater position at Key Personnel?
Parts assemblies and equipment in a timely manner maintaining a smooth flow of parts and products from production to crating for delivery to customer. To work in any and all areas of manufacturing and/or production in an “as needed” capacity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- On the job training provided.
- Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to communicate with coworkers.
- Valid Passport- preferred.
BENEFICIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid Michigan driver's license and a driving record free of infractions, misdemeanors, or convictions.
- Must be licensed to operate a forklift.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and be in good physical condition.
- Valid Passport- preferred.
- Must have Mechanical ability, be self-motivated, and have computer skills.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have PC/Computer skills, which include knowledge of word processing, data analysis and spreadsheet applications.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
