What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd shift Operator (FF2) position at Key Personnel?
A local northside automotive manufacturer is seeking operators at their North Plant.
- Must be willing to stand in one spot for long periods of time.
- Face paced work
- This person would be snapping parts to assemble mirrors by hand.
- Must be available to work up to 10 hour days.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma; or equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within production and quality standards; including being able to operate/utilize all job-related equipment. Equipment may include fork-lift, hand tools, production machinery, etc.
- Must be able to read/write in English
- Drug Screen and Background; some backgrounds are considered.
