Salesforce Architect (Field Service & Core Dev)
This role requires a technical powerhouse capable of blending high-level architectural strategy with deep-track engineering in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
- End-to-End Architecture: Design scalable technical solutions that integrate Core CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) with FSL, ensuring a unified data model across the enterprise.
- FSL Engine Optimization: Architect and fine-tune the SFS Dispatcher Console, scheduling policies, and optimization recipes to maximize workforce efficiency.
- Advanced Engineering: Lead the development of complex Apex frameworks, asynchronous processing, and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards and design patterns, performing rigorous code reviews to minimize technical debt and ensure 85% test coverage.
- DevOps & Release Management: Understand the CI/CD pipeline (e.g., Copado, GitHub Actions) to manage complex deployments across multi-tier sandbox environments.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as the subject matter expert for stakeholders, providing "Point of View" (PoV) documents on SFS product roadmap alignment and "Build vs. Buy" decisions.
