Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney, based in Antioch, CA, with work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, providing legal advice to clients, and representing clients in negotiations and litigation. The role also involves attending court proceedings and working collaboratively with senior attorneys and legal staff.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, including Probate, Trust Litigation, Estate Planning, or related areas
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough legal analysis
- Research and Negotiation skills, with the ability to craft compelling arguments
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- License to practice law in the State of California
- Prior experience in civil litigation, probate, estate and trusts, or business law is advantageous
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
