About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Utility/Site Work Laborer Foreman to lead field crews on site development and underground utility projects. This position is ideal for someone who knows how to work hard, lead by example, and keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise laborers on site work and utility installation projects
- Coordinate daily tasks, equipment needs, and material deliveries
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
- Read and interpret plans, grades, and layout information
- Assist with installation of water, sewer, drainage, and other underground utilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite
- Communicate clearly with project managers, operators, and subcontractors
- Identify issues early and help implement solutions
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in site work, utilities, or heavy civil construction
- Prior leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of underground utility installation and site development
- Ability to read plans, follow grades, and understand layout
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Valid driver’s license required
