Position Summary
Key Colony IV Condominium Association is seeking a professional, customer-focused Receiving Clerk to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting residents, coordinating deliveries, monitoring property activity, and assisting with daily operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable interacting with residents and vendors, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced residential community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and organize packages and deliveries for residents.
- Notify residents of incoming packages and assist with package pickup procedures.
- Direct delivery trucks, moving companies, and vendors to designated loading, unloading, and parking areas.
- Coordinate delivery and access activities to ensure compliance with Association procedures.
- Monitor and review security camera systems and report unusual activity to management or security personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, package pickups, and vendor arrivals.
- Assist residents with questions regarding deliveries, access procedures, and building policies.
- Communicate professionally with residents, contractors, vendors, and staff.
- Monitor receiving and loading dock areas to maintain safety and organization.
- Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to the appropriate department.
- Provide administrative support related to receiving and property operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in receiving, customer service, concierge, front desk, warehouse, logistics, or residential property management preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and data entry.
- Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, contractors, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
