Pega LBA with Total of 12 years of experience with 5 years in Insurance domain
CBA or CDA certification is preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Facilitate workshops, define user stories, and ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable
Collaborate with system architects to ensure the solution design meets both business and technical needs.
Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure everyone is aligned on goals and delivery
Experience with Agile methodologies
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Willing to travel to Client locations per business need
