The firm is considering adding a lawyer. This can be a full-time or part-time position. The position can be home-based or can be based out of either our Cabot office or Searcy office. We use an effective CRM, VOIP phones, and are well positioned for employees to work remotely. The firm is staffed by two paralegals, a virtual assistant, and a phone answering service.
The firm's primary practice areas are family law and criminal defense . We are looking for a lawyer to mainly support our family law practice. The right candidate can work a family law case from intake to hearing. We have a rock star paralegal devoted to our family practice, and the right candidate will need to work with some set procedures with our paralegal. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience. The right candidate will also be required to periodically attend basic appearances in our criminal cases. No criminal experience is required; these appearances are just to cover conflicts for the managing lawyer. For candidates seeking a part-time or flex time role, the vast majority of court appearances occur on Tuesday - Thursday.
The position will be salaried with additional quarterly compensation based upon performance and firm metrics.
