The Opportunity
We're working with a well-established and growing commercial landscaping business in the Dallas market that is looking to hire an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial clients.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of commercial landscaping accounts, ensuring high service standards while identifying opportunities to grow revenue within those accounts.
This is a client-facing role with a mix of time spent on-site with customers and coordinating with internal operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial landscaping accounts
- Build strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality
- Identify and sell enhancement opportunities across existing clients
- Prepare proposals and pricing for additional work
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Experience in commercial landscaping or a similar field service industry
- Experience managing client relationships and growing accounts
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance and enhancement services
- Proven ability to identify and sell additional services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well organized and able to manage multiple accounts
