We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to help manage data entry of clients and their information, handle the phone system, and schedule appointments. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. They should also have a strong understanding of primary and secondary research on client information.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones.
- Schedule Appointments.
- Copy data from documents and files into the computer.
- Scan incoming data.
- Process intake forms.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and other individuals to obtain information.
- Type documents or create tables, charts, etc for printing.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Excel knowledge is helpful.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
