Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations. This role involves handling incoming calls and emails, greeting clients and visitors, managing documents and files, and assisting multiple departments with general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
· * Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and messages
· * Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors
· * Manage filing systems and maintain company documents
· * Update paperwork, spreadsheets, and forms
· * Perform general office clerk duties and other tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
· * Experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or similar role
· * Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), Microsoft Word, and Excel
· * Excellent organizational and communication skills
· * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· * Comfortable working with and supporting multiple managers
· * Ability to compose clear, concise written communication
Requirements
· * High School Diploma
· * Experience in the swimming pool industry is desirable but not required
