Production Technician Lead - Tucson, Arizona
We are seeking a Production Lead to supervise and coordinate activities across multiple high-speed packaging lines. This hands-on role is responsible for providing daily leadership, coaching, and support to production personnel, ensuring operations meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and experienced in leading teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Ensure all packaging operations align with safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction targets
- Monitor equipment functionality and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage operations within established labor and budget guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and production documentation
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Recommend enhancements to equipment, materials, and processes
- Support and enforce lean manufacturing and standardized work practices
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture
- Build team capability through training and skill development
- Pay starting at $32.25 hour

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry preferred)
- Experience with high-speed production equipment and quality monitoring systems
- Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Food Safety & Quality Compliance experience preferred
