Job Description

Kitchen Team Member: We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to prepare and serve hot and cold sandwiches, bowls, and prep for various food items. Kitchen responsibilities include prep, cooking, and cleanliness. Innovation of menu ideas is encouraged and there is an opportunity to grow in the kitchen role. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills, discipline, and a willingness to learn. Note: this position’s compensation includes hourly wage, cash tips and electronic tips. 401k matching will also be optional after a 90 day trail period. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests.

Duties

Help with food preparation and cooking

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

Assist in bussing tables and dishwashing as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Skills:

• Previous work experience in a Kitchen i
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma

Job Type: Part-time/ Full-time available

Pay: $16.90 per hour with opportunity to earn more based on experience.
