Our growing team is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to add to the team. The Electrical Supervisor works under the direction of the department manager. This position will be responsible for assigning work, maintaining records of electrical jobs, and providing guidance to those who you supervise. Your role will also involve preparing our team to work on electrical projects. Some of the tasks that you will complete in this area include planning and scheduling projects, estimating the time and materials needed to complete them, and maintaining proper documentation of the work that is completed.
This role is expected to have strong previous electrical experience in the field as well as deep familiarity with various types of electrical systems, fixtures, and components is necessary. Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate across different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department manager to develop, grow, and improve efficiencies
- Plan and schedule projects
- Estimate labor and materials needed to complete projects
- Work with preferred vendors to negotiate and source materials needed
- Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects
- Supervise electricians as they work, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Ensure that work complies with all safety requirements and company standards
- Assist in fostering our safety culture
- Perform electrician tasks as needed
- Use ladders, scaffolding, platform and lifts to work on electrical systems in residential homes and in commercial properties
- Travel to job sites as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Previous electrical experience in the field required*
- Previous electrical estimating experience a bonus*
- Service Titan experience a plus*
- Journeyman or Masters license
- Computer literacy, proficient with Microsoft Office products and relevant software to estimating.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
- Communication - Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of mediums.
- Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
- Time Management: Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License
- Journeyman’s License
- Master’s License

- 1st shift, Full time, Monday through Friday
- Delafield, WI 53018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
