We are currently looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Outbound
Lead Specialist to help reconnect with homeowners, recover missed opportunities, and
ensure no customer falls through the cracks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized,
solving problems, and turning conversations into action.
What You’ll Do
- Re-engage homeowners who previously expressed interest in services, estimates, memberships, or system upgrades
- Follow up on open opportunities, missed calls, web inquiries, and unscheduled estimates
- Coordinate with Comfort Advisors, service teams, and leadership to help move opportunities forward
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, text messages, and email in a professional and helpful manner
- Maintain detailed documentation and workflow management within ServiceTitan and company systems
- Help improve customer follow-up processes and identify opportunities for better engagement
- Deliver a customer-first experience focused on education, trust, and helpful guidance; never pressure

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, scheduling, dispatching, or customer engagement
- HVAC, home services, or ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working within multiple software systems and workflows
