Recruiter

Kett Engineering is seeking a full-time recruiter to join our team in San Jose, CA. You will be responsible for recruiting new associates, coordinating pre-employment activities, and assigning new hires to client job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with front end recruiting and hiring efforts
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Review and update HR information system records
• Making phone calls to candidates / potential employees
• Setting interview appointments
• Booking employee travel
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

Qualifications

• Familiarity with recruiting and/or Human Resources preferred
• Familiarity with using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System.)
• Experience with MS Office
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
