Job Title: Data Coordinator

Reports to: Manager

Job Summary and General Purpose of Position:

As part of a project team, the Data Entry personnel will input data into a database, working with Driver Coordinators, Test Engineers, and Project Manager for mileage accumulation projects. This will mostly include driver log information, comments, updating internal and external tracking files, and helping review vehicle issues being entered into a customer’s database.

Essential Functions:

· Accurately complete data entry into customer databases.

· Gather and interpret data in order to solve a specific problem or suggest improvements.

· Receive and manage log sheets, driver sheets, and any other applicable data from Drivers and Test Engineers to update internal and external tracking files.

· Review and clean driver’s data to identify duplicates, errors, or outliers for accurate daily updates.

· Understand and follow the structure of a database to establish how data categories are related.

· Maintain entry tasks as needed such as labor, expense reports, etc. to keep an operative record.

· Interpret and analyze data to find patterns or trends that will facilitate decision making.

· Communicate the results or findings in the data analyzed to present accurate information to interested parties.

· Provide data documentation on site as required to align with the business and operational needs.

· Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.

· Follow policies and procedures of both Kett Engineering and customer.

· Represents Kett in a professional manner at all times.

· Perform other duties that may be assigned as needed.

Job Requirements:

Education- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills/Experience- Two (2) years relevant work experience in data entry (reading from paper or electronic version); Ability to work well in a team environment on all aspects of test project execution. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required. Demonstrated experience to be highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to assess Customer needs and commitment to a high level of Customer service and satisfaction. Strong independent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Highly proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Technically savvy with ability to quickly learn new systems. Good work ethic.

Physical Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Job requires sitting standing, and bending for approximately 6-8 hours on a daily basis. Must be flexible and available to work overtime, and hours outside of normal demands, including weekends and Holidays. Ability to pass Drug Screen, background check, and any pre-employment assessments.
