Job description:
The Automotive Test Technician will support the Test Vehicle Fleet with Routine Maintenance, Repair, Parts Replacement, Data Acquisition Equipment Installation, Data Collection, etc.
Essential Functions:
- Instrument & collect data using proprietary data acquisition systems.
- Vehicle Parts Ordering & Inventory Management.
- Participate in and support special testing.
- Complete vehicle maintenance, repairs, system diagnosis (incl. electrical), parts replacement, etc.
- Re-flash vehicle software
- Submit a Daily Report summarizing daily activity, future plan, etc.
- Bi-Weekly Data Collection Schedule/Report.
- Ability to work off-site independently and Report Out Daily Summary.
- Other reports as required

Job Requirements:
- Four (4) years licensed driving experience.
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission proficiently, as well as an automatic transmission.
- Ability to pass Drivers Training.
- Knowledge of vehicle components, systems, and operating procedures.
- Ability to communicate using Microsoft Applications (analyze data in MS Excel, Summarize concerns in MS PowerPoint.
- 3 years of related automotive experience.
- High voltage system/battery safety training.
- Experience with various alternative energy vehicle platforms preferred (BEV, Hybrid, Hydrogen, etc).
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Automotive Technical certification/degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Job requires sitting, standing, and bending for approximately 6-8 hours on a daily basis.
- Must be flexible and available to work overtime, and hours outside of normal demands, including weekends and Holidays.
- Ability to pass Drug Screen, Physical, background check, pre-employment written and driving tests.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.

Salary : $29 - $35
