Administrative Assistant – Safety & Facilities: part-time mornings 8:30-12:30. A rewarding industry with an opportunity to provide clerical support in the areas of safety, facilities management, and quality assurance. Includes receptionist duties, data entry, tracking, maintaining records, generating reports, coordinating drills, ordering supplies, filing, taking minutes, copying, and distribution of documents. M-F 8:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. 15.50/hr Hiring immediately. EOE
Requirements
- One year of secretarial/clerical/administrative assistant work experience including multi-line phone and Microsoft applications
- High School diploma or GED
- Current valid driver’s license, and good driving record
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Work experience with Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, plus proven time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
