**Job Summary**
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the flow of communication and

**Essential Functions**
- Greets and directs clients, visitors, and vendors
- Performs clerical duties such as answering, screening, and routing
- Assists staff with duties related to daily program operations
- Provides support to members of the administrative team and assists
- Operates and maintains printer/copiers
- Reviews inventory levels of supplies and re-orders as necessary
- Assists with logistics and set up for meetings and trainings
- Reserves conference rooms and other meeting spaces
- Requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Creates a safe environment by assisting with security and safety
- Other duties as assigned
- Job may require the employee to be able to regularly drive to
day including early morning or evening hours
**Education, Experience, and Licensure**
- Requires a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- A minimum of two years related experience preferred
- Must possess a valid state Drivers License, in force automobile
meets organizations insurability standard as defined by DCCCA
policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this
position
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Requires overall computer knowledge and proficiency with the
- Computerized database programs
- Spreadsheet programs
- Word processing programs
- Requires the ability to efficiently operate office equipment such
