Selections Coordinator

Kessler Construction LLC is in search of a Part-time Selections Coordinator.

As the Selections Coordinator, you will work closely with our Selections Manager to enhance and expand our Selections Department plan.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with clients during the pre-construction phase to guide them through material selections for their Home, Addition, or Remodel project.
• Considering clients schedule, plan and attend meetings for clients at multiple trade partner locations and on occasion at work sites.
• Communicate selection meeting expectations by posting the selections schedule with client in online software.
• Assist clients in choosing materials including, but not limited to flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, paint colors, and other finishes.
• Provide expert advice on design aesthetics, functionality, and durability of materials.
• Maintain and record in online software detailed records of client selections and preferences following KC Processes.
• Manage communication with clients, trade partners, and KC team members to facilitate the creation of Selection Sheets in online software.
• Answer any selections related questions regarding selections during pre-construction and construction phase of a project.
• Create sketches of shower tile layouts for client approval and KC team utilization.
• Collaborate with KC team by attending virtual and in person meetings.
• Maintain a digital selections library.
• Create personalized client gift baskets at the end of every project.
• Create processes for The KC Way

• Minimum hours of 25 per week not to exceed 30 hours per week.

What you'll need:

• High School Diploma

· Bachelors in interior design or industry certificate preferred.

• Experience in Interior Design, Construction, or a related field is preferred
• 2 years of proven experience in customer service and administrative related roles, preferred.

What you'll bring:

• Strong written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Writer and Microsoft Windows (10 & 11) OS, Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Background with Construction Software and Canva is a plus.
