As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in maintaining accurate and efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, match purchase orders to invoices, handle expense reports.
- Accounts Receivable: Generate customer invoices, apply payments, and monitor accounts for outstanding balances.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input financial data into ERP system (current system: Acumatica), maintain digital ledgers, and prepare reports.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communication: Respond to vendor inquiries and conduct collection follow-ups with customers.
Required Computer Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Acumatica, or ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
- High-speed, accurate data entry with strong 10-key calculator skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for professional communication.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industries preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a growing, fast-paced environment.
