JOB STATUS: Full-time / Exempt
HIGHLIGHTS:
Join Keshet as a QIDP and play a meaningful leadership role in supporting individuals to live fulfilling, self-directed lives. You will oversee and bring to life each individual’s Personal Plan, coordinating services across teams to ensure Keshet participants receive high-quality, person-centered support. You’ll collaborate closely with DSPs and clinical partners to lead efforts that drive growth for every individual.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree required, with at least two years of experience supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities; valid driver’s license; CPR and First Aid certification; DSP and QIDP certifications (or eligibility to obtain as required).
- Lead and coordinate individualized services across settings, empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve meaningful outcomes and a high quality of life.
- Develop, implement, and oversee Personal Plans, chairing planning meetings and tracking progress toward Personal Outcome Measures.
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being by responding to emergencies, supporting crisis situations, and maintaining compliance with behavior support plans.
- Oversee clinical documentation, case files, and Therap systems to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant records, reports, and incident documentation.
- Prepare for and participate in program reviews and surveys with accrediting and licensing bodies (DHS, BALC, BQM, ISC, etc.).
- Train, mentor, and support staff on personal plans, implementation strategies, behavior supports, and documentation expectations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, including Behavior Support providers and ISC agencies, to ensure coordinated, person-centered services.
- Contribute to organizational compliance and quality initiatives through committee participation and required DHS paperwork (e.g., service agreements, 53R packets).
- Step in as a Direct Support Professional when needed, modeling best practices and supporting continuity of care.

Salary : $52,000 - $59,800
