Weare currently looking for a Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our team inour head office and manufacturing facility in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Essential Functions

1. Ensure an important level of internal and external customerservice by leading timely investigations and corrective actions forquality-related complaints or issues.
2. QC operations, setting priorities, service levels, and resourceallocation.
3. Performing sampling, inspection, and testing to ensureproductivity, data integrity, and technical accuracy.
4. Develop and analyze statistical data, test results, and productspecifications to establish and maintain quality and reliability standards.
5. Ensure full compliance with cGMP, federal and state regulations,internal standards, and data integrity principles (ALCOA ).
6. Oversee testing across all stages of production (incoming/rawmaterials, in-process testing, and finished product release) to verifyconformance to specifications.
7. Review and approve Certificates of Analysis and ensurecompleteness, accuracy, and regulatory defensibility of all QC data packages.
8. Maintain and verify calibration, qualification, and accuracy ofQC laboratory equipment in accordance with established procedures.
9. Manage raw material qualification requirements, supplier testexpectations, and final raw material approvals.
10. Partner with R&D,Production, and Quality Assurance on method development needs, sampling plans,specification alignment, and risk-based testing strategies.
***This position is based at our location in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is an on-site position- Customer/Client Focus.

- Attention to Detail: Performing tests requires exact measurements and a good eye for detail, or the results could be false.
- Dexterity: Lab techs work with their hands and will need dexterity to work with small vials, test tubes, and delicate lab equipment.
- Stamina: Lab technicians work long days on their feet, sometimes hunched over a workstation for lengthy periods of time.
- Technical Skill: Lab techs need to understand complex lab machinery and computer programs used to conduct tests.
•BS/BA in Chemistry or related field
•1-3 years in GMP QC laboratory
•Direct expertise with UPLC and ion chromatography; experience with Metrohmtitration and spectrophotometry.
•Demonstrated competency in investigations, CAPA, change control, and dataintegrity (ALCOA ).
• Familiarity with ERP management(Chempax and Oracle or similar) oversight
