- Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business administration, or finance from an accredited college/university is required
- Must be working towards CPA licensure
- 3 years of experience working at a public accounting firm
- Experienced in tax preparation and tax planning with multi state partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts (ideal but not required), and high net-worth individuals
- Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client services
- Provide timely and high-quality services exceeding client expectations
- Collaboratively work with all levels of staff on client engagements
- Manage client relationships, including assessing client needs, developing strategies and solutions to provide clients with the highest level of service
- Pursue new business development
- Prepare complex business, fiduciary, and individual tax returns when necessary
- Cultivate a professional niche that suits your strengths and interests
- Mentor staff to create future leaders
