This is not a full-cycle recruiting role. This role focuses exclusively on sourcing and initial screening, then submitting candidates for consideration. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only role.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, strategy, outreach, and the satisfaction of finding “the one” when others cannot. You will support searches across manufacturing, IT, corporate, legal, engineering, finance, and other professional functions.
