This is not a full-cycle recruiting role. This role focuses exclusively on sourcing and initial screening, then submitting candidates for consideration.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, strategy, outreach, and the satisfaction of finding “the one” when others cannot. You will support searches across manufacturing, IT, corporate, legal, engineering, finance, and other professional functions. Every day brings a new challenge and a new opportunity to outthink the market.If You Love the Hunt, This Role Is for You.Job ResponsibilitiesProactively source candidates using a variety of platforms and research methodsConduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate fitReview resumes and evaluate qualifications against role requirementsSubmit qualified candidates with accurate and complete informationMaintain organized records of sourcing activity and candidate pipelinesCollaborate as needed to align on priorities and submission expectationsEducation & Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferredProven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates using advanced, proactive sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and market research across multiple platformsHands-on expertise with modern sourcing tools and creative search strategies that go beyond job boards to uncover hard-to-find talentStrong social media sourcing and internet research skills, with the ability to uncover hard-to-find talentThis is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only role. Contractors are responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates, with commission payouts tied to successful placements. It is 100% remote in the United States.
