WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
You will earn between $80,000 and $125,000/year, including base pay and commission.

We also offer 2 weeks of vacation to start! This is a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer position with a consistent weekday schedule. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you'll start at the central location, ready to take on the day's residential HVAC installation jobs. From there, you'll head to the job site to install heating and cooling systems, making sure everything follows building codes. A big part of your day will be leading and training the Install Helper, showing them how each job is done. You'll also work closely with your team to make sure every installation is done right and up to high standards.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Related experience
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
At least 3 years of residential installation experience is preferred.
