Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? First Call is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC installation team.
Sign-On Bonus Structure:
- Up to $2,500 bonus for new licensed plumbers. Eligible for bonus at 90 days. Paid in installments of $500/week after 90 days.
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

What YOU will do as a HVAC Installer:
- Install Residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer:
- 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent
- Valid drivers’ license
