HVAC Installer

Kern Heating & Cooling, a reputable and established company located in Beach Park, Illinois, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team on a full-time basis.THE BASICSPay: This heating and cooling position offers a competitive compensation package, with earnings ranging from $80,000 to $125,000/year, comprising a base salary and commission.Schedule: The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Employees are required to report to our central location at the beginning of each workday before proceeding to the assigned job site or service area.Benefits:Health insurance401(k)Paid time off (PTO)Bonus structureWe also provide two weeks of paid vacation to start.YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC INSTALLERIn this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring that all installations adhere to relevant building code requirements.
