Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education: High School Diploma from an accredited school or Equivalent.
Experience: 1 years’ experience performing building maintenance, inventory practices, record keeping, and general office practices. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Basic plumbing knowledge and application. Able to complete handyman-related tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance services as assigned. These duties include but are not limited to conducting daily facilities inspections, performing general building maintenance and upkeep, moving office furniture, room set-up for meetings, etc.
- Research information for ordering materials and items.
- Interact with vendors and contractors regarding services and repairs.
- Operate a variety of office machines such as, computers, copiers, telephones, etc.
- Makes deliveries and runs errands as needed.
- Maintain departmental inventories.
- Act as departmental liaison where appropriate.
- Assist with organizing internal and external events and meetings.
- Support mailroom operations.
- Assist management staff and other departments in completing special projects, as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures relative to employment and job responsibilities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
