Job Duties
- Delivery of Durable Medical Equipment to our patients.
- Determines and responds to customer needs and interests.
- Provides a superior level of customer service and follow-up.
- Works with clinicians and office staff in order to effectively driver DME.
- Effectively communicates with customers and company representatives to promote best practices and resolve any complaints.
- Maintains all required company records, call tracking, and reports.
- Regularly interfaces with company associates, referral sources, and patients to optimize care.
