What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaner position at Kepner Cleaning LLC?
- COMPETITIVE PAY- we start at $15.50/hr, but you can be making $18 within that same year- it all depends on how much effort you put in! We handsomely reward the employees who are doing a great job here. You do get **yearly 3% raises. But you also get a raise when you are trained in, promoted, or just plain working super hard and getting noticed. We're growing fast and have a ton of room for advancement and the pay increases go with it! The average employee receives 2-3 raises per year!
