What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaner position at Evergreen Cleaning Service?
We are a residential and commercial cleaning company expanding throughout the Twin Cities area and are looking for professional cleaners to work with us as independent contractors for residential, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleaning assignments.
We are locally owned, bonded, and insured. We are primarily looking for subcontractors at this time and will be paying 40% to 45% of each job directly to you.
Average earnings are expected to range from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on the job, experience, performance, and whether the cleaning is completed individually or as part of a team.
ABOUT THE JOB:

REQUIREMENTS, MUST HAVE:
- Prior paid residential, commercial, housekeeping, or professional cleaning experience
- Daily access to the internet, a mobile phone, and a reliable vehicle
- A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum, mops, cleaning products, and related tools
- Knowledge of how to safely use cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ability to speak and read English
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Proof of required insurance, including workers’ compensation coverage
- Applicants without the required insurance must obtain it before being hired
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to travel throughout the approved Evergreen Cleaning Services service area
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
