Grow Team Member – Cannabis Cultivation
Location: Bozeman, Montana
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Our cultivation facility, located near the Bozeman / Gallatin Gateway area, is seeking a reliable, honest, and enthusiastic individual to join our Grow Team. Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our Grow Team, you will play a vital role in the cultivation and care of our plants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cloning and transplanting
- Nutrient mixing and watering
- Pest management
- Defoliating and harvesting
- Harvest Flowering Plants (set up the harvesting area with necessary tools and equipment, cutting down and defoliating the plants, recording weight and waste, compliance with state regulations on labeling)
- Post-Harvest management (maintain the drying room, monitor equipment and temperature controls, clean harvest and drying areas)
- Bucking (remove branches from drying rooms, follow a schedule for each strain, properly store and label individual strain)
- Trimming (monitor moisture in the product, hand trim premium strains, operate automated equipment, clean the trim area, accurately record harvest dates)
- Assist with packaging the flower, joints, edibles, and concentrates.
- Must be physically able to lift 50lbs at a time.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary environment to protect plants from microbials and bacteria
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.

- This position requires impeccable personal hygiene. Team members must arrive clean, odor‑free, and prepared to work in a sanitary cultivation environment.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts 8am to 4pm
- Weekend availability is required (non-negotiable).

Requirements:
- Must obtain a worker’s permit through the Cannabis Control Division of the Montana Department of Revenue.
- Any felony convictions must be disclosed to the state, as they may impact your ability to secure a permit.
- Commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene to safeguard the health of the plants.
